DEFINITION
Sound and heat insulation between floors is a cement based lightweight screed. It does not give load to the building.
APPLICATION AREAS
In areas where heat and sound insulation between floors and on the floor is desired, It is used in cases where it is undesirable to put a load on the building.
APPLICATION
Make sure that the ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +35 °C during application. Do not apply on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of freezing within 24 hours. Do not apply under direct sun or strong wind.
Pour 9 kg of Fixser Interlayer Insulation Screed into 5-6.5 liters of clean water and mix with a low speed mixer until a homogenous mixture without lumps is obtained. Allow the mortar to rest for 5 minutes and mix again for 1 minute. 2 - 5 cm. thickness is applied. Fast and easy to apply. It can be applied on old concrete floors after applying floor primer. When the surface sets, it is corrected with mechanical finishing.
WARNINGS
No material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar. Expired mortars should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and used again. Do not apply on very hot or frozen surfaces exposed to the sun for a long time. Do not exceedthe specified application surface and instructions for use. Do not inhale, in case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary. Since it is a cement based material , gloves should be worn during application. The packaged product should not be stored in humid environments.
