DEFINITION
Cement based, high performance, single component, easily processed, smooth surface forming, 3- 6 mm. It is a joint filling mortar used in joints of 3-6 mm.

APPLICATION AREAS

Indoors, horizontally and vertically, granite, ceramic, tiles, marble, stone and similar coating materials up to 6 mm. It is used for filling joints up to 6 mm width.

APPLICATION
Make sure that the ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +35 °C during application. Do not apply on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of frost within 24 hours. Do not apply under direct sun or strong wind. Tiling must be completed 48 hours before grouting.

Mix 20 kg of Fixser Grouting Mortar with an average of 7.2-8 liters of water, preferably with a low-speed mixer or trowel so that there are no lumps. After the grout is rested for 5 minutes, it is mixed again for 1-2 minutes before application. Fill the mortar into the joint gaps with a hard rubber tipped squeegee or a hard rubber trowel. In order to fill the gaps well, the trowel should be pulled parallel and then diagonally to the joints. The excess mortar on the surface is scraped off with a soft tipped spatula or a dampened sponge tipped spatula. After waiting for 15-30 minutes depending on the ambient temperature, the thin joint layer that may remain on the surface should be thoroughly cleaned by wiping with a damp sponge. Surface smoothing and cleaning should be done with a dry cloth while the grouting mortar is wet.

WARNINGS
No material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar. Expired mortars should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and used again. Do not apply on very hot or frozen surfaces exposed to the sun for a long time. Not applicable on wood coatings, metal coatings and surfaces exposed to moisture. Do not exceed the specified application surface and instructions for use. Do not inhale, in case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary. Since it is a cement based material, gloves should be worn during application. The packaged product should not be stored in humid environments.

STORAGE
Stack up to 10 layers in the original packaging, should be stored in a dry and moisture-free environment for 8 months. It is recommended to consume within 7 days after opening the bag.
